The spirit of partnership collaboration has witnessed over the years, the creation of work groups that have operated for short periods at our customers.
The separation of resources aimed at learning specific tasks or the management of exercisable activities only at our customers has allowed us to really develop the ceiling of skills and to create the base to organize and manage new projects outside our historical premises in Cuneo.
And so in 2011 the idea was formed to participate in the call for bid, which we won, of management of a counter open to the public and therefore expanding our manner of contact with the user.
Now it is not only the telephone used as a means of communication, but also personal and direct assistance at the counter to help our customers provide more efficient and quality services.
