The adoption of a quality management system was a strategic decision of Comete Srl starting from 2015 to obtain important certifications. The idea was born from the will of the management to improve the internal organization of the company, so as to optimize the management of the provision of services, proposing a system designed to manage the business processes, so that they are directed to the improvement of effectiveness and the efficiency of the organization, as well as the final customer satisfaction. For this reason, Comete Srl has implemented a traceability system for documentation and records, which takes the name of the ISO 9001 quality system.
